Team Leader | Bret L. Mileski has been an outdoor advertising leader for over 15 years. As Founder and CEO of 1-800 GREAT AD, he is responsible for the overall vision and leadership of the IOS concept.
Bret has served as President of ToastMasters International, Chapter 108 and Business Network International, Redlands, CA Chapter, and he has served a 2-year term as Vice-President of the Inflatable Advertising Dealers Association (IADA), a national organization dedicated to the improvement, and enhancement of Industry Standards.
Bret is passionate about helping individuals and businesses prosper. As a result, this has led him to be a keynote speaker to companies, groups, and various organizations. |

Brad J. Suba has been a leader of the outdoor advertising industry for over ten years. As Senior Account Executive, he identifies market trends and originates new advertising trends for large retail businesses.
His previous experience and technical capabilities allow him to quickly identify the needs within any region or location and obtain high impact visibility. As an inventive leader of the Innovative Outdoor Solutions Team, Brad discovers new ways to gain huge exposure to local retailers.

Natalie Jo has been actively involved in the many facets of the outdoor advertising for over twelve years. She has diverse experience functioning internal operations as well as coordinating outdoor fieldwork activities.
She is responsible for coordinating the communication efforts between several departments, while maintaining excellent client service relationships. She will ensure an effective quality controlled delivery throughout the sales and service process. Natalie is a valued CORE member of the Innovative Outdoor Solutions Team. Her fresh new ideas and creativity will bring you value as she integrates practical service needs throughout the creativity process assuring high impact visibility. |
